Developer Diary May 2019

Welcome to the latest edition in our Developer Diary series, where we talk about game developments and everything that has been happening in the Reality Clash universe…

As summer approaches and our launch in the USA gets closer, we’ve been spending some of our time identifying and fixing any bugs in the latest build of the game. As always, the community has been really helpful in reporting issues with the live game – ensuring we can apply the necessary fixes quickly in our test build before pushing out an update to the live environment.

Remember to always stay aware of your surroundings. No swimming!

We’ve been working on improvements in several areas of the game such as:

  • Improving ‘Quick Battle’ connectivity
  • Redesigning in-game Account management
  • Improving the reliability of GPS on the map screen
  • Rebalancing the XP and levelling system

We are aware that part of our community are based in the USA and have been disappointed that they haven’t been able to access the mobile game just yet… The good news for our American friends is that you will be getting access to the live game in June!

The Reality Clash Weapon collection is now live on OpenSea.io!

You can trade your limited edition tokenised weaponry on the largest crypto collectible marketplace and select from a variety of buy/sell options. Traders can even batch multiple items into one sale, reducing the effort it takes to list AND making a more attractive offer for buyers.

What’s next?

The Mobile Game will go live in the USA next month and we’ll have more video content coming out to support this launch. We’ve been working with influencers and content creators to try and bring the game to as many users as possible!

We’re also very interested in hearing what YOU would like to see us doing over the next few months. Is there a specific feature you want to see in the game or on the trading platform? Is there an event that you think we need to be at?

If you have any questions, comments or requests, please don’t hesitate to contact us via social media or at: support@realityclash.com
