Welcome to the Reality Clash website. Please read the following Terms of Use carefully as they contain important information regarding your legal rights

Reality Clash Ltd / Reality Gaming Group Ltd (“We”, “us”) provide our website, products and services to you, subject to your agreement to the following terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you must cease your use of the website and must not use any of the products and services.

The terms of use may be updated at any time and at our discretion. It is your duty to check the terms of use each time you access or use the website or products and services. If substantial changes are made to these terms of use, we will provide the revised terms of use with an effective revised date at the bottom of the terms of use. Continued use of the website and/or products/services after the revised date becomes effective will constitute your acceptance of the new terms of use.

Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

No individual at Reality Gaming Group Ltd is authorised to modify the terms of use with you or otherwise enter into an agreement with you that conflicts with these terms of use, except by means of a written agreement signed by an authorised agent of Reality Gaming Group.

Use of the Website and Armoury Store

The website and the information contained therein, is the property of Reality Gaming Group Limited and licensors. Reality Clash is a registered trademark of Reality Gaming Group Limited and is protected from unathorised copying and dissemination by International copyright law, trademark law, international conventions and other IP laws.

Any information, including but not limited to remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, or other submissions, communicated to us through this website is the exclusive property of Reality Gaming Group Ltd.  Reality Gaming Group Ltd is entitled to use any information submitted for any purpose, without restriction (except as stated in the Privacy Policy) or compensation to the person making the submission.

The website may contain references to products/services that are not available or approved by regulatory authorities in your domestic region. The references alone do not seek to make these products available in your region.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make credit card payments at the Armoury store. This card must also be from a provider that we accept. If you have not reached the age of 18, you are only able to purchase items if you have obtained your guardian's permission or otherwise have the legal right to do so.

The website and Armoury store are available to users at all times (24 hours a day) except when the website is down for maintenance or any other purpose deemed necessary by Reality Gaming Group Ltd. 

Users may select items from the Armoury and place them into their shopping cart. The contents of this shopping cart can be amended by the user at any time until payment.

The cost of items is inclusive of VAT, relevant taxes and transaction fees. This cost is displayed in Reality Clash Coins (RCC) and the website also uses EURO (EUR) and DOLLAR (USD) currency displays.

Reality Clash payments are conducted via a secure payment server that encrypts all information with an SSL protocol which means data is secure and cannot be read by third parties.

For credit card users purchasing items, payment is only taken once the item has been Tokenised and registered on the Ethereum Blockchain.

For credit card users purchasing RCC, payment is taken once the RCC have been transferred to the user’s account.

Users are able to make payment for items at the Armoury with Reality Clash Coins “RCC”. Users may also use Ethereum as a payment method. The cost of this item is calculated in RCC,  at a rate set by Reality Gaming Group Ltd, which may be subject to change.


Cancellation and refunds

Users are able to cancel orders before they have made payment. This option is clearly displayed in the checkout and on payment invoices. Once payment for an item is made, orders cannot be cancelled due to the tokenisation process involved.

There is no right of withdrawal of goods purchased in our webshop as the goods are such that, under English law, return rights can not or should not be granted.

If a user has selected the wrong item or has some other reason for requesting a refund, they may do so by sending an email to info@realityclash.com with the order id and reason for requesting a refund. All sales are considered final and any refund or compensation offered is made at the discretion of Reality Gaming Group Ltd.


A 2 year warranty is granted on products in accordance with the European Union Act. The warranty applies to all errors in software, materials and fabrication.

Complaints concerning errors and omissions must be notified to Reality Gaming Group in a timely manner after receipt of the goods. There is a 30 day period, after the point of sale, in which complaints should be made, unless otherwise agreed.

In the case of a reasonable complaint, made in a timely manner, we will refund gas costs of this transaction if incurred by the user.


Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not resell personal information and do not disclose user’s personal information to 3rd parties, the information is retained in our customer directory. Users can delete their information at any time.

In order for the user to enter into an agreement with the Reality Clash, we require the following information:

. Phone number

. Email address

We make a record of this personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to the user and identifying account owners.

The personal data registered with Reality Clash is stored for up to five years after which the information is deleted.

When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that this is done by requiring explicit user consent so that the user is informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

The Director and the Reality Clash employees have access to the information that is registered about the users.

We store and transmit no encrypted customer information.

Users registered with Reality Clash  are entitled to object to the registration of their information. They also have the right to understand what information is registered about them. These rights are in accordance with the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be addressed to info@realityclash.com.


At https://realityclash.com, cookies are used to optimize the website and its functionality, thus making the visit as easy as possible for you.

You can delete cookies from your computer at any time, depending on your browser.

Sign Stats

We use a log statistic at https://realityclash.com which means that a statistics system collects information that can provide statistics of how many visitors we have, where they come from and their navigation of the website.

The log statistics are only used for the purpose of optimizing the Reality Clash website.


User Conduct

As a user, you agree to be responsible for all activity on your account whether by yourself or 3rd parties. If you believe that your account has been compromised by a malicious 3rd party, you should inform us immediately via info@realityclash.com.

You may not utilise unauthorised 3rd party software to modify/automate or change in any way - affect the purchasing process. Use of this software will result in an immediate termination of your account without notice or right to item retrieval. 

As a user of this website, you agree not to engage in any illegal activity or to attempt to access/tamper with non-public areas of the website. Reality Gaming Group Ltd withhold the right to terminate your account at any time if, by their own discretion, any action you have taken is considered to be illegal, a breach of the terms of use or negatively affects the user experience of other users.

You acknowledge and accept that Reality Gaming Group Ltd is not required to provide you notice before terminating your access to the website or your account, which may include the forfeiture and loss of any funds in your account.

Reality Clash will have the right to investigate and prosecute violations of any term or provision of this agreement or your use of the website and Armoury, including without limitation, possible infringement of any intellectual property rights and possible security breaches, to the fullest extent of the law.

Payment Processors

The payment processor is primarily responsible for facilitating payment for your purchase. When you use any third-party payment processor (“payment processor”) to make a purchase on this website, responsibility over your purchase will first be transferred to the payment processor before it is delivered to you. The payment processor assumes primary responsibility.

Reality Gaming Group Ltd and Reality Clash Ltd accepts no liability and specifically disclaims any implied warranty to complete any transaction which cannot be cleared by its payment processors, whether because there are not sufficient funds available on your credit card, issues related to identity or localization or otherwise. We reserve the right to verify and approve any and all transactions made by you when using the Armoury service to ensure that they comply with this Agreement and the terms imposed to Reality Gaming Group Ltd and Reality Clash Ltd by third party service providers.
